Hello District 19,
It’s that time of year again where we begin to plan for our next leadership team. Do you know of someone who is excited about all things Toastmaster that would like to further their learning opportunities by taking on a new challenge? Is that person you?
We are looking for nominations for District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director and Division Directors( W, X, Y, Z). These nominations are due back to me by January 15, 2018, so we can begin the interview process. We will accept after that date but candidates may need to run from the floor.

Parliamentary Procedure – Let the Club Come to Order
*When: Wednesdays, December 13, 20, 27, and January 3, January 10, and January 17 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.

Area 63 Spring Training
When: January 20, 2018 @ 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM (registration starts at 9:30.)
Building is secure. Photo ID required for entry.
In addition to being an Officer Make-Up Training the Area Y63 Council is extending this learning opportunity to all members in the area. Join us to learn more about fostering a healthy club on January 20th at 10 am (registration starts at 9:30).

When you arrive go through the main doors at the center of the front of the building under the giant American flag. Once inside, sign in at the security desk. A Toastmasters members will be there to guide you in the right direction. The room is just off of the lobby.
Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
Event starts at 6:00 p.m.
Getting evaluation/feedback is a critical part of improving our Toastmaster abilities. Speakers at our club are evaluated by a three member Evaluation Panel. Each speaker is evaluated for Delivery/Style, Content, and Manual Project objectives.
Join Five Seasons Leadership Academy for a meeting to experience this advanced club!
Make up officer training to be hosted by the Action Toastmasters club in Des Moines Iowa.
The training will be on Monday, February 12th at China One Buffet at 4804 SW 9th Street.
Please be there by 6:15 or early for registration.
Training will start at 6:30 pm.
