For some Halloween fun, consider the Tall Tales from the Crypt! Tall Tales contest being put on by the members of Hilltop Toastmasters. Hilltop is the club made up of inmates at the East Moline Correctional Center in the Quad Cities. The event is at 5:30 p.m. on October 30 at the EMCC (100 Hillcrest Road in East Moline, Illinois).
