Stanley Consultants Toastmasters of Muscatine is the winner of the November drawing for a $50 gift certificate from the Toastmasters International online merchandise catalog. The Capture Your Success incentive program rewards clubs that meet their new member target set by Lt. Governor of Marketing Paul Wood. There were 12 clubs in District 19 that met or exceeded their target during November. Each month’s winner from November through April will also be entered into a drawing for a digital video camera to be held at the District Conference in May.
