This week’s meeting of the Professional Achievers advanced club will feature motivational speaker Bob Burd presenting, “The Power of Possibility Thinking.” This session will challenge listeners to Dream, Believe and Achieve in their Quest for Success. He will expose and explain 10 Key Characteristics of a Possibility Thinker, and share examples of the Power of Possibility Thinking. Listen and learn how to take actions that will produce positive change, and be the valued differences – that make a difference. In addition to motivational speaking, Bob Burd is also a self-employed entertainer as a professional Emcee, magician and clown. He is retired from 40 years in Services Marketing Management with IBM Corporation.
Saturday’s meeting, held at the Altoona Public Library (700 8th Street SW, Altoona), will start at 1 p.m. and last until 4 p.m. Also scheduled to speak are Maureen Backstrom, Cynthia Hanevy, Joan Johanson, and Sal Salgado. For more information, see the District Calendar.
