Have you seen the beautiful Hotel Julien in Dubuque? The chance to stay at the legendary hotel is in itself a reason to attend the District 19 Spring Conference! You can join a “slept here” guest list that includes Abraham Lincoln, Mark Twain and Al Capone (sorry, none of them will be attending the conference).
The District has negotiated the bargain rate of $100 a night for the May 16-17 conference. The deadline for getting one of the block of rooms we had reserved expired on April 15 and gave been released to the general public. However, you might still be able to get the reduced rate (until April 30), but there’s no guarantee a room will be available. Act fast!
The rate won’t be honored for those registering at the hotel online, so be sure to pick up the phone and call 800-798-7098, and tell them you’re with Toastmasters.
For more information about the hotel see www.hoteljuliendubuque.com. And for more information about the Conference, see the Conference Information tab at the top of this page.
