This meeting is virtual, so we will follow Article X from our District Bylaws below:

Article X: council Meetings, Quorum, Proxies, and Voting

E. Voting

When the voting process is conducted virtually, no proxies will be permitted. Each district council member must cast their own vote. District executive committee members are entitled to one vote and may cast up to two additional votes as a club president or vice president of education. All other members of the district council shall be limited to a maximum of two votes.

CERTIFICATION OF QUORUM: Meeting secretary read the roll of DEC
voting members whose appointments had been confirmed, and a quorum was
not met.
ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA: Area 42 Director Sherry Sullivan moved the motion to
adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded, approved and the agenda was adopted.

PROFIT AND LOSS STATEMENT: No Profit and Loss Statement was presented.

District Leadership Committee Nominees

Our District Leadership Committee (DLC) Chair is appointed by the District 19 District Director. The DLC is further comprised of Toastmasters of District 19 selected by the Chair. As a committee, the DLC reviews applications and nominations from the Toastmasters of District 19 for approval to vote on as next year’s Leaders at the Spring District Council meeting. Please meet your current candidates!
